Dear Members,

Aloha and welcome to our program. For our returning members, welcome back. For our new members, welcome to a new world of fitness and fun.

As your coaches we are constantly looking for ways to enhance your UH Masters experience, while adding value to our program. We appreciate your participation and your commitment to us. In exchange, we are dedicated to providing you with quality coaching and an avenue to achieve your personal goals.

We have made some changes to our program we hope you will like. We also hope you will tell your friends about these new initiatives.

Monthly Memberships and Policies

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Both Memberships include daily workouts, stroke instruction from Division I coaches, access to UH swimming and diving wight room and a locker.

$50 Monthly Member Fee

$30 Monthly Student Member Fee must present a valid student ID

Payments:

Must be paid by the 5th of each month. Failure to do so will result in a late charge of $15.

All checks can be made payable to University of Hawaii”.

 

Cash is accepted, but please put payment in a sealed envelope with your name and UHMSC.

Cancellation/Hold(s)

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your monthly membership with the University of Hawaii Masters Swim Club we require a 30 day written notice otherwise you will be responsible for payment.

 

Membership Holds:

If you will be out of town on buissness or pleasure for more than a week you may put your account on hold, once again you must submit this in writting prior to departure.

 

Punchcard/Guest Fee(s)

 

PUNCHCARD **NEW**

We are now providing a Drop In membership this fee will include a punchcard with 10 swims for $40, we will need you to fill out both registration forms and provide a copy of your USMS card to be eligiable.  We hope this will expand our membership to those who can only make 1 or 2 practices a week. (You must have punchard present at the time of swim)

Membership Includes: Daily workouts and stroke instruction. 

NO LOCKERS/WEIGHT ROOM

 

GUEST FEE(s)

Potential members are welcome to try out their first session for free. However for returning non-members and off-island visitors, a $5 drop-in fee must be paid to the coach on deck prior to swimming.

 

Parking and Additional Fees

 

Daily Pass

Parking is available to all masters swimmers in the lower campus garage.  Daily permits cost $3.

 

Monthly Pass

Parking Passes may be purchased for $20/month. You may park in the lower campus garage or in Lot 18 next to the aquatics facility during Masters Hours.  Lot 18 is restricted during athletic events.  Payment must be recieved by the 3rd Friday of the month prior to the month the pass needed. Payment cannot be included in your dues check. Cash or Check (make payable to University of Hawaii)

 

Lockers/Weight Room Fees

If you are not a monthly member and wish to purchase a Locker and/or use the weight facilities, please see a coach about yearly rates.

**Unless you are an off lsland Guest each of our members must fill out the UH Member form and USMS registration. All members must be registered members of US Masters Swimming.

  We will be renewing all members USMS cards in January.
